We use a high-quality polyester and spandex blend, similar to what the major brand producers of official jerseys use. We also embroider all jersey lettering, logos and patches to create a premium appearance that stands the test of time.  
Our jerseys do not carry any brand insignia though, and therefore are not official products. By doing it on our own and steering clear of infringing on any trademarked/copyrighted material, we’ve created savings that we can pass onto our customers.
  We also offer screen-printing, iron-on and sublimation on jerseys by request. Most team orders have opted for the convenience and lightweight design of sublimated jerseys.

  If we’re ever unsure about any of your instructions or any part of your order, we’ll contact you right away to double-check that we have everything correct. It’s all part of our pledge to make sure we produce the exact jerseys you want, exactly how you want them.

Not yet. We’re still exploring ways to make that happen, but the reality is that the process of designing, cutting, stitching and embroidering is difficult to knock out and ship all in one day.

We ask for 10-14 business days from when you place your order to when it arrives. We can sometimes offer expedited service, but the extra time allows us to ensure all of our customers can receive the best possible service.

Local teams wearing TB Custom Sports jerseys now include the Loy Norrix High School varsity football team in Kalamazoo, MI, the Washington High School varsity football team in South Bend, IA, the boys and girls basketball teams at Carver Middle School in Delray Beach, FL and a growing list of recreational-league sports teams.

Yes, via FedEx, UPS, or DHL, depending on the country. The shipping cost and estimated delivery time will populate automatically when you select your country while checking out.

For all other orders:
1. Select your desired products from the product page.
2. Adjust the quantity if you’re buying more than one.
3. Click the “Add to Cart” button.
4. When you’re finished adding all of the products you’d like to purchase, proceed to the payment page. If applicable, you can enter a discount code before finalizing your purchase.
Once your order is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email.
